INTRODUCTION
This policy is intended for everyone who uses our website Herogaming.com including its subpages (“Website”), applies for a job with us or otherwise communicates with us. Please note that when you use our sites for online gambling, the separate policies on such sites apply.
In this document we call the Hero Gaming group of companies “Hero Gaming Group”, each Hero Gaming legal entity “Hero Gaming” or “us”/“we” and we call you (a visitor/user of our site/applicant etc,) “you”.

LAWFUL BASIS
When we process Personal Data for the purposes of recruitment we rely the lawful basis of our legitimate interest to recruit staff for our business. We also rely on your consent, which is freely given by you during the application process. When using and interacting with the Website, we rely on your consent as lawful basis.
SHARING
We may share your Personal Data with third parties (for example, Hero Gaming Group companies or third-party suppliers) as follows:
- when you have given your consent;
- as necessary in order to provide the Website (example: third-party internet service providers);
- as necessary in order to communicate with you (example: third party email program providers);
- to carry out your instructions;
- in the circumstances where your data is on an anonymous and aggregated basis, meaning you could not be personally identified from it;

We use Workable, an online application provided by Workable Software Limited, to assist with our recruitment process. Workable processes Personal Data on our behalf. Workable is only entitled to process your personal data in accordance with our instructions. With workable, you can apply through “Indeed Apply”. When using that option, Workable in turn shares your data with Indeed for the purposes of processing your application. This includes but not is not limited to a unique identifier used by Indeed to identify you, and information about your progress through our hiring process for the applicable job opening, as well as tangible, intangible, visual, electronic, present, or future information that we hold about you, such as your name, contact details and other information involving analysis of data relating to you as an applicant for employment. Indeed’s is available on Indeed’s website.
Any third party to which Hero Gaming’s assets are transferred will have the right to continue to use the Personal Data as set out in this document. Except for these circumstances, we will not sell or share your information to any third party.
AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING/PROFILING
We may use Workable’s technology to select appropriate candidates for us to consider based on criteria expressly identified by us, or typical in relation to the role for which you have applied. The process of finding suitable candidates is automatic, however, any decision as to who we will engage to fill the job opening will be made by our staff.

Like almost every website, our Website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the internet browser on your device such as your computer, mobile phone or tablet, when you are using our services. We use cookies to enhance your experience with us. They give us an understanding for how our website is being used and helps us with development and improvements.
