We have one golden rule that is to use good judgement in all situations. Are you willing to take calculated risks, and take ownership of projects? Do you share this mindset? If this is the case, that’s brilliant. Bring this up during your interview! Of course, for some, this mindset might come naturally, while others will need some time to learn and adjust to this style of work. To embrace this challenger mindset, it takes courage, curiosity, passion, and trust; yet ultimately, it is very empowering and rewarding. We pride ourselves on being an international company with over 30 different nationalities from different backgrounds. We have an office in Saint Julian’s, Malta, one in Malmo, Sweden, and several heroes are also based around the globe.
